Seven years
of real operation.

We didn’t start in 2024 with an AI pitch deck. We’ve spent years importing, certifying and maintaining EVs in real Chilean conditions — Atacama, the Andes and Patagonia included.

2019

Conceptual creation and configuration of e-auto

Alexis Rodríguez and Christian Stehr lock in the thesis: Chile’s last-mile can go electric before Europe’s if someone imports the right platform. Research of Asian manufacturers begins, first electric van tests on real routes, and the operational design of the business model that would later become E-Auto SpA.

2023

E-Auto SpA founded and GECKO Motors agreement signed

Alexis Rodríguez and Christian Stehr found e-auto, convinced that last-mile in Chile would be 100% electric before 2030. First office in Providencia and signing of the exclusive Chile representation with GECKO Motors (China), with the CATL LFP battery as a differentiator.

2024

3CV certification and first corporate contract

EV48 obtains 3CV efficiency certification: 6.2 km/kWh — +40% over local competition. In parallel, first 5-unit contract for a metropolitan courier network, operating 7 days/week without major faults.

2025

INALCO after-sales, MagicWay and iMotion leasing

Partnership with INALCO for maintenance and parts in Santiago, Antofagasta and Concepción. Launch of the premium GECKO MagicWay platform (BEV and REEV) and operating leasing agreement with iMotion: fixed 5-year payment with maintenance included. The adoption curve accelerates: we double annual volume.

2026 lineup available

+150 units operating in Chile, 12 cities with after-sales coverage. 2026 catalog with EV48 and MagicWay available from Santiago stock.
